🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Window: You must report items damaged in transit within 5 days of delivery.
- Required Proof: Email us clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.
- Resolution: If eligible, we will issue a replacement or shop credit at no extra cost to you.
🛑 Order Cancellations
- Time Limit: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
- In-Production: Cancellations cannot be processed once crafting has begun on your order.
